A Security system is not complete if the
meter box is not securely locked.
In business since 1991, The Meterbox Man began after founder, Peter
Lynch discovered a need in domestic and commercial properties for
a Meterbox-Viewing window and secure locking system.
Firstly designing a square window with Perspex, later designs were
a refined circular rubber window with a rubber locking strip. After
extensive research and development Peter Lynch has developed an
unbreakable viewing window. A locking system approved by companies
Alinta Gas and Western Power was also introduced to provide added
security. The Meterbox Man advises that when meterboxes are to be
locked, it is a requirement of Western Power and Alinta Gas that
locks master keyed to their systems are to be used. The Meterbox
Man also recommend all locks be installed by a licensed security
agent.
Using the strongest form of commercial grade plastic, ABS uniquely
combined with a polycarbonate lens, The Meterbox Man Meterbox Viewing
Window is virtually unbreakable. The Meterbox-Viewing Window is
secured by fixing screws from the back making the meterbox inaccessible
to any intruder.
Designed by Peter Lynch and made entirely in Western Australia,
The Meterbox Man is receiving International enquires and demand
for the company’s outstanding product. Using only approved
master keyed locks, The Meterbox Man guarantees all products, with
many reputable security companies utilising their services.
Dealing with all types of specialised situations, no job is too
big or too small for The Meterbox Man.
